By downloading, installing or using the PrepBattle mobile application ("App") or visiting prepbattle.in ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PrepBattle ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the PrepBattle platform.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at prepbattle25@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or circumvent a suspension is strictly prohibited.
PrepBattle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App and Website for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes, subject to these Terms.
⚠️ Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate permanent account ban without refund.
All in-app subscription purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. PrepBattle does not store your payment information.
New users may receive a 3-day free Pro trial upon account creation. The trial is granted once per account and cannot be transferred.
PrepBattle reserves the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification or email.

All content on the PrepBattle platform — including exam questions, solutions, graphics, UI design, logos, trademarks and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of PrepBattle or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit any PrepBattle content without our express prior written consent.
If PrepBattle allows users to submit content (display names, profile photos), you retain ownership but grant PrepBattle a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in cheating or fraud, or acted in a manner harmful to other users or PrepBattle. In cases of serious violations, termination is immediate and permanent with no refund.
You may delete your account at any time through in-app settings or by emailing prepbattle25@gmail.com. Cancel your Google Play subscription before deletion to prevent future charges.
PrepBattle is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. PrepBattle is an independent exam preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with IBPS, SBI, RBI, SEBI, SSC or any other examination conducting body.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrepBattle and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at prepbattle25@gmail.com to attempt amicable resolution.
We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you via in-app notification or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
