This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all subscription purchases made through the PrepBattle mobile application on Android via Google Play Billing. By purchasing a PrepBattle subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Policy.
PrepBattle provides digital subscription services delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment, including:
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated and Pro features have been accessed. This applies to PrepBattle Pro Monthly, Pro Annual and any promotional plans.
We encourage all users to take advantage of the 3-day free Pro trial available to new users before purchasing a paid subscription.
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing system error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) in full upon verification.
If you paid for a subscription but were unable to access any Pro features due to a verified technical failure on our end, and reported the issue within 48 hours of purchase, we may issue a refund or extension.
If a subscription was purchased without your knowledge or consent, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

Cancel your PrepBattle Pro subscription anytime through Google Play subscription management:
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Tap "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions".
Select PrepBattle from your active subscriptions.
Tap "Cancel subscription" and confirm. Pro access remains until end of current billing period.

Your registered email, Google Play Order ID, date of purchase and a clear description of the issue.
We acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days.
All PrepBattle subscriptions are purchased through Google Play Billing. Google Play may have its own refund policies that apply independently of this Policy. You may also submit a refund request directly to Google Play.

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (cheating, fraud, abuse), no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. If you voluntarily delete your account, cancel your Google Play subscription first to prevent future charges.
